She grew up in Virginia where she attended Christopher Newport University (CNU) for 4 years as a scholarship recipient of the Presidential Leadership Program. She competed nationally for the University's Equestrian Team and served as the team's president. After graduating from CNU with a B.S. degree in marine biology and a minor in leadership, she was selected to attend Moorpark College's Exotic Animal Training and Management Program (EATM) in Southern California in 2008.
In California, Kerri spent two years in the animal training program gaining valuable knowledge that would be the foundation for her career as a pet care provider and trainer today. After successfully completing Moorpark College's EATM program, Kerri worked and trained all types of dogs, domestic animals, and many other exotic pets for the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. She had a very rewarding position managing and training a collection of over 200 animals of different species and raised many newborn animals which specifically needed to be trained for film productions including raccoons, birds, coyotes, and porcupines. Kerri was the animal coordinator for many TV shows and movies.
Some of her credits include: The Young and the Restless, The Voice, Dancing with the Stars, Jackass, A Million Ways to Die in the West, Marley and Me, Hot in Cleveland, Tosh.0, Mirror Mirror, CSI, Conan O'Brien, Cougartown, The Bold and the Beautiful, Pair of Kings, and countless other commercials and print ads for companies such as Target, Subaru, Purina, Snickers, Marriot, Canon, Petsmart, Stanley Steemer, and many more.
Kerri now lives in Wake Forest with her family and two dogs, a 9 year old Shepherd mix and a 7 year old Chihuahua. Kerri spends her days with her two young children and caring for animals and considers herself extremely lucky to be able to do both. In her spare time, Kerri also enjoys hiking and traveling.

Garrett grew up in Gallipolis, Ohio and moved to Wake Forest in June 2017 to attend college at Wake Tech, where he is pursuing an Associates in Business Administration and plans to attend NC State next year to obtain his Bachelors. Garrett has been pet/house sitting for the last 4 years along with working at a local pet store in Ohio. Garrett has always had a love for animals and was involved in 4-H growing up. He showed a chinchilla, pigs, lambs, goats, feeder calves, and a heifer at the local fair for 10 years. Garrett enjoys meeting people and their fur friends. In Garrett’s spare time he enjoys walking, watching Netflix, and researching cars. He also enjoys eating out and going to the mall. Garrett has three dogs; Max the Shih Tzu, Oliver the mini long hair Daschund, and Mally the English Mastiff, a cat (Wally) back in Ohio, and an English Bulldog, Samson, here in Wake Forest.
